The BDM 20 is the case maker of choice for short，medium and long runs with very short make-ready time，high speed and wide size range.It was firstly introduced by Michael Hoerauf Maschinenfabrik GmbH&Co.KG in 1986.Up to now，there are several hundreds of BDM 20s in operation worldwide.This classic casemaker model is adapted to meet users`various requirements to economically and efficiently produce a wide range of book case products e.g.ring binders，letter files，game boards，pocket diaries photo albums and table calendars.
操作流程
纸板从料斗送入机器，推板器精确定位以保证纸板与封面材料完美地对齐；
这一机型既可通过滚筒传送软中径也可通过送料斗传送硬中径；
封面材料放置在一个可不停机续纸的料斗中，机械臂从纸堆底部抽出封面后传送到叼牙滚筒并滚动通过上胶辊以均匀上胶；
纸板和封面材料在连续的滚动中精确、紧密地粘合在一起，并随后穿过压紧辊，有效地避免了气泡的产生；
随后，一个高效、精确的往复摆动的带吸嘴的传送机构将皮壳送入后续的折边和压实工位；
在皮壳向下运动的过程中，超出纸板的封面边缘被折起90度，随后覆盖有毛刷的折边条和摺角器将封面边缘折到纸板上粘合，保证了紧密和精致的折边质量；
最后，皮壳被传送通过压实工位并计数堆积。然后，按照设定数量堆积好的皮壳通过传输带被送到操作人员身旁。
Operation
The front and back boards are hopper fed into the machine and precisely registered by pushers so as to achieve perfect alignment with the cover material；
The machine can process flexible spine material fed from a roll or rigid spine fed from the board hopper；
Cover material is also hopper loaded continuously without stopping the machine，transferred by grippers from the bottom of the pile to the gripper cylinder for adhesive application in perfect register；
Board and cover are combined in continuous rotary motion in perfect register and then go through the rub-down station for bubble-free gluing；
The cases are then transported to the folding and pressing stations by means of a lifting transport assembly-a balanced reciprocating arm with suction heads，which allows for high production and precision；
In the downward movement of the transport suckers，the cover material extending over the board is folded 90 degree，and then drawn over the board with brush covered folding bars and the corner tucking fingers to ensure tight and accurate folds；
The cases are then transported through the final pressing station to a counter stacker，delivering piles of finished cases on to a roller conveyor to the operator.
